First Baptist Church has different ministries to help in the spiritual development of children. We desire that your children be cared for, protected, and spiritually developed.

Therefore we offer childcare during all of the major activities of our church. This is available for children birth through three  years old. Our nursery is located in the newer westside of the building in front of the church offices.

Sunday morning there are Bible classes and activities for children four years through 12 years old. G-Force is an exciting event for children six (6) to 12 years old. There are Bible classes and activities to help the children's development and spiritual grow.

During the Sunday morning service, children 4 years old through the second grade leave the worship service before the morning message to have their own special time with the Lord. This is know as Sunday Morning Live.

On Wednesday night Mission studies and activities are offered for children. The Royal Ambassadores or RA's is for boys grades 1-6 and Girls in Action or GA's for girls. At an early age they begin to develop interest for others needs in far away places as well as at home.

       July 20-24, 2009 some of our children will be traveling to McAlester, OK to participate in CrossTimbers. It is a five day summer camp for children First Grade through Sixth Grade.
